- Exclusions: Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for returns.

- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@uniquelybahamian.com or through our contact form on the website. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Approval: Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Return Shipping
- Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item).
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without a tracking number.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
